What is a VIP number?

VIP stands for Very Important Person. A VIP number therefore means a unique number that is different from the usual phone numbers in the market. VIP numbers are also called “fantasy numbers”. What does

RTP (Ready To GO) mean?

RTP stands for Ready To Port. This category is a list of numbers that are currently owned by someone but are easy to sell. In general, they are unique, easy-to-remember numbers whose ownership can be transferred with correct KYC.

What is MNP?

MNP stands for Mobile Number Portability and is basically the process of changing your current mobile phone number to another network service provider without having to purchase a new number. You can keep the same number even if you change number providers.

Can I dial a mobile phone number?

What if I can't get the number I want?

We will do our best to do what you want. We will search for operators across India and get back to you within 48 hours.

What are the payment options?

How long does it take to have my number delivered and activated?

Average delivery time is 1-3 days. Depending on the courier partner, activation is instant in 2-3 hours for new numbers and 4-7 days for read-to-go numbers.

I am an NRI/tourist. Can I buy new connectors online?

Yes. All you need is your passport, visa details and a residential address in India to purchase a connection.

Can't see the network on the SIM card you received?Invalid SIM characters?

Can I change my order number after payment?

Yes. For VIP numbers ordered at our store, we accept cancellations and changes only if we do not receive a UPC within 24 hours after placing the order. Further, Numberwale reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

What happens if I don't receive my UPC within 24 hours?

If for possible reasons (a) delivery of UPC SMS was interrupted (b) mail was delivered in spam or junk mail of the customer (c) delivery delay from service provider) UPC cannot be received can be requested again. The order will not be canceled in any of the above scenarios. However, in the event of very long delays or problems, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Is there any guarantee that I will get the same number that I paid for?
